RigPlan is operated by ENR Enterprises AS, org. nr. 936 788 912, registered in Norway. Contact: info@enrenterprises.com. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
RigPlan derives equipment lists, power figures, data plans and rigging quantities from the wall spec you enter. It is a planning aid, not an engineering service.
Rigging outputs — point counts, point loads, hardware quantities — must be verified by a competent rigger before anything leaves the ground. Electrical outputs must be verified by a qualified electrician where the law requires one. Panel and processor specs are transcribed from manufacturer datasheets, but manufacturers revise their sheets and transcription errors happen — verify against current manufacturer data before quoting or building. You are responsible for what you hang, power, and promise to clients.
Signed-out use keeps everything (stock, custom panels, ticks and notes) in your browser, not on our servers. With a subscription, saved jobs, templates and inventory are stored on our EU servers so they follow you across devices — see the privacy policy. Custom panel specs are private unless you explicitly tick the box offering a spec to the public database; offered specs are reviewed by hand before publishing and can be withdrawn by contacting us.
Solo (€19/month) and Shop (€49/month) bill monthly through Stripe. Every subscription starts with a 14-day trial — card up front, first charge when the trial ends; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. You can cancel any time from your account page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Derivation rules and outputs improve as practitioners correct them, so figures can change between visits — always sanity-check a plan before it goes on a truck.
